According to the information of the Lviv Regional state administration more than 700 people came from Crimea to Lviv and Lviv region as refugees. Most of them are women and children. About 95% of these refugees are Crimean Tatars.
The refugees are provided with the places of accommodation with the Lviv Regional state administration’s assistance. They are quartered to the hotels, recreation centers, sanatoriums and private apartments of citizens of Lviv and region, who play host to them voluntarily.
Moreover, the databank for children, who are routed to the kindergartens, schools and institutes of higher educations by the place of the temporary residence, are created. All necessary bureaucratic procedures are maximally simplified in 2-3 days. The medical institutions register children by the place of their temporary registration.
Local population and public organizations also help the refugees with food and money.
